Cycling Classes - (55 minutes):  
  • Freestyle RydeOur Freestyle cycle classes have the instructor, with some great music, taking you through hills, flats, and sprinting home!  Improve functional performance required for outdoor cycling, overcome boredom with the fun, fluid movement you feel on an outdoor bike and support rehabilitation of common joint injuries. 
  • Fab Ab Ryde: This 45 minute class is designed for those ryders who want to get their heart rates up, and some calories burned followed by 10 minutes of Abs and Stretching. Rock out to some great music, and have a lot of fun in a non-intimidating atmosphere    
  • Ryde&Revitalize:This is our Joy Ryde, followed by 15 minutes of stretching and yoga on the floor.  This great combination gives you a challenging workout plus the benefits of elongating your muscles to improve flexibility. 
  • Ryde&Pump: This class combines a 30-minute ultimate ride in indoor cycling, designed to build strength, tone muscle and burn calories followed by a 25-minute workout using weights to strengthen and chisel your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.  You will improve your overall physique. 
  • Ryde&Rumble: This class combines a 30 minutes of invigorating cycling followed by 25 minutes of kicking and punching using gloves and bag. This great workout combination will push your cardiovascular levels and increase your lean muscle development as well as core strength! 
Circuit Training - (55 minutes):
  • Camp Plyometrics: A challenging workout that focuses on strength, agility, and coordination for an intense workout. 
  • Cardiofusion: A fast paced workout where the focus is longer with two-minute segments using lighter weights and more reps, which will sculpt and lengthen the muscles.  Cardio bursts and core work are key components in this total body workout. 
  • CardioKick: This high-intensity class blends punches and kicks with challenging weight segments to boost strength and stamina to increase endurance and improve body tone. 
  • Chisel: This demanding class is for those who want variety in their workout. This class offers aerobic and muscle conditioning, which may include: intervals, step, Bosu, kickboxing, weights and resistance bands.  These variety of props develop muscular tone and endurance.
  • DropSet: A workout technique where you perform a set of any exercise to failure or just short of failure, then drop some weight and continue for more repetitions with the reduced poundage.  Performed with dumbbells and other free weights. 
  • Kickboxing: Intervals of kicking, which includes roundhouses, front and back kicks to punching, which includes jabs, cross and hook techniques using gloves and bag.  This is an empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. 
  • Muscle Madness:  A full, heavy weight class that uses compounding exercises in rapid succession for development in muscle strength and endurance.
  • PiloxingThis workout uniquely blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. It is a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape!
  • Power Pump: A workout designed with weights, which will strengthen your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.  You will improve your overall physique. 
  • Urban Intervals: This conditioning class combines resistance training and high-intensity cardio to improve mobility, strength and stamina.  It is designed to target strength building as well as muscular endurance.
  • Zumba: An ultimate dance-aerobic exercise routine. Each Zumba Fitness class is a crazy, heart pounding mix of cardio and dance moves that add body tone by zoning-in on the power of movement. Each invigorating interval training routine is choreographed to add traditional, proven exercises with untraditional movements that will have you shaking and sweating your way to a better body…one step at a time.
