Wanda has been in the fitness industry for 20 years. With a degree in health and exercise physiology from the Kansas State, she has made it her mission to empower people to reach their fullest potential.

Nancy Sommerland
Nancy made the trasition to become a personal trainer in 2008 after 7 years of being a studio client. Her certification is through W.I.T.S. (World Instructor Training School). She received her Mat Pilates certification through Balanced Body University. Nancy's training philosophy is based on what works best for each individual client and their fitness goals. Helping clients achieve and maintain their goals is her greatest reward. She believes in a total body work out consisting of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, core strengthening as well as a focus on balance and flexibility.

Jessica Velazquez
Jessica holds her Personal Training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. Her experience and background include strength training, rehabilitation, multi-sport (swim, bike, run) training, weight-loss coaching, yoga, and Pilates. She also enjoys programming wellness events and blogging about simple ways to improve your mind, body, and spirit. Jessica loves adventures.

Terri Henges
Terri Henges
Terri Henges is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Stott Certified
Pilates Mat and Equipment Instructor. She has taught a wide variety of fitness classes throughout the city. For the last fifteen years, Terri has been a one-on-one personal trainer as well as a small group fitness trainer teaching circuit-training classes and Pilates Mat and Equipment classes. In addition to her many years of experience and continuing education, the past seven years Terri has been affiliated as an instructor with Turning Point, The Center for Health and Healing, an organization and resource for people living with serious or chronic physical illness. Terri loves training all bodies but has a special mission to train senior and non-traditional athletes. Her strength is her keen perception and intuitive understanding of how each body is performing work and her ability to communicate those insights, which enable her clients to make the improvements in fitness they seek. She is delighted to be part of the Inspired Fitness Staff and wants to show the Inspired Fitness client how to use his or her body more purposefully, functionally, and successfully. Terri believes inspiration is a divine blessing in life and would like to thank her family, Chuck, Will, Mimi and Sam Haddix, for their inspiration in Terri's life and her work.

Lauren Vanek
Lauren has been active for as long as she can remember participating in various sports in junior high and high school and carrying what she learned about fitness into her adult life. She discovered her love for group fitness classes two years ago and has not looked back. Licensed to instruct Zumba in May 2011 and Piloxing in June 2011.

Brent is an American Counsel on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer. He takes a caring, non-judgmental approach to helping clients achieve their goals and to look and feel their best.

Joe Grindstaff
Joe grew up with a passion for sports. He played football and competed nationally in wrestling throughout high school. In 2007 he was nearly hospitalized twice due to uneducated instructors advocating dangerous practice methods. Since acquiring his ACE certification, Joe ascribes to educating clients, allowing them to exercise safely and then inspiring them to reach unforeseen fitness heights.
